We grew up in rural Vermont, where the hills rolled green in every direction and the days ended slowly. Almost every night, our father brought his Italian heritage into the kitchen, turning real ingredients into something that felt both unhurried and effortless.

Our mom kept the counter warm with what she called “happy pies” and cookies, filling the kitchen with a smell that made it feel like home. Those memories followed us all the way to Central Oregon.

Love Letter Kitchen exists because we believe the foods we grew up eating, simple and nourishing and made without shortcuts, deserve a place on your table.

Every jar is made in Bend, Oregon, with the same care that was shown to us at our kitchen table.
